Position: Part-Time Psychiatrist
Schedule: Hybrid with Flexible Hours
Location: Atlanta, GA. Hybrid
Compensation: $175 – $200 USD per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated part-time Psychiatrist to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions. You will work closely with our team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for each patient
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
● Provide medication management and prescribe appropriate medications.
● Conduct therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
● Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
● Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress.
● Stay informed on the latest developments in psychiatry and incorporate evidence-based
practices.
● Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications:
● MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
● Valid GA state medical license.
● 1-2 years of experience providing psychiatric care.
● Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and their treatment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
